His primary focus has been assisting agents in selling more properties. He has been involved in transactions ranging from lower-priced rentals to ultra-luxury properties . With extensive experience in real estate marketing, Lars has aided hundreds of agents in achieving success in the industry. He has also contributed to the marketing of some of the largest residential buildings in Brooklyn, New York. At one point, his team produced over 800 unique 360-degree renderings for a single project.
Lars is actively engaged in the branding and sales of properties, applying his expertise in marketing, neuroscience, and leadership development to his daily work.

Alex has spent the last 12 years as a licensed real estate agent , where he has honed his skills in one of Europe’s competitive markets. He is also a co-founder of One. Homes, where he collaborates with Lars to create innovative real estate solutions.
With over a decade experience in the real estate industry, he is an expert on pricing, negotiation and closing. As a real estate agent, property investor, manager and developer he has first hand knowledge of the nuances of the local real estate market in Barcelona.
